Kim Hill

Veteran Relationship Manager

Kim Hill is a dedicated Veteran Relationship Manager, experienced service professional, and advocate for those who have served. She serves as Veteran Relationship Manager for Patriot Disability Advocates, where she works alongside veterans and their families to provide steady, personal support throughout the claims process.

Born in West Monroe, Louisiana, Kim moved to El Dorado, Arkansas at the age of two and has spent most of her life there, building deep roots in faith, family, and community. Raised in a loving Christian home by her parents, she was taught early the value of family—a lesson that has guided her through every season of life. She grew up alongside three sisters and a brother in a close-knit family that always supported and showed up for one another, and those values continue to shape how she approaches her work and relationships today.

Kim has always been someone who thrives in serving others, staying focused and consistently putting others’ needs before her own. She spent many years working in office settings, gaining experience in management and design—skills that helped her grow both personally and professionally and that translate directly to the detail-focused, client-first work she does at PDA. Beyond the workplace, Kim has spent years caring for children in the nursery at her church, looking after the young ones of many veteran families and helping guide them through the earliest seasons of life. That experience deepened her respect for the families who carry the weight of military service and set the foundation for the advocacy work she does today—standing alongside veterans and their loved ones when it matters most.

Alongside her office career, one of Kim’s greatest joys has been her work as a florist—something she still enjoys today and has even brought into the office at PDA. Creating beauty, celebrating life’s moments, and bringing joy to others through flowers is something she takes pride in, and it reflects the same care and attention she extends to every client she serves.
Kim lives in El Dorado, Arkansas, and her greatest accomplishment will always be her three daughters: Hannah, Mackenzie, and Alysa. Watching them grow into strong, remarkable women building lives of their own is something she will always cherish.

Today, Kim brings her service-first mindset, her decades of relational and operational experience, and her deep personal commitment to faith, love, and purpose to every veteran PDA serves. Her mission is simple: every veteran and every family deserves a relationship manager who shows up, listens, and treats them with the care and respect they have earned.
