Paula Jones

Paula Jones is a Narrative Development Manager at Patriot Disability Advocates who is deeply committed to serving veterans and their families. Born in Orlando, Florida, and raised in Choudrant, Louisiana, Paula grew up in a conservative Christian home alongside her four brothers, where she was taught the values of faith, service, and patriotism from an early age.

Paula’s passion for veteran advocacy comes from personal experience. She met her husband, Jordan, in high school before he joined the military and later became a U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret. Throughout his 20-year military career, Paula experienced firsthand the sacrifices military families make through deployments, constant relocations, and years of supporting a loved one in service. After Jordan’s retirement, their family spent more than four years navigating the VA disability system, giving Paula a firsthand understanding of the emotional and financial hardships many veterans face while fighting for the benefits they have earned.

Paula holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness and combines her educational background with her personal experiences as a military spouse to help veterans effectively communicate their stories. At Patriot Disability Advocates, she works closely with the narrative development team to assist veterans in creating clear, honest, and impactful statements that accurately reflect the challenges they face as a result of their service.

Paula and Jordan are proud parents to their three children—Luke, Blake, and Kinslee—who have also shared in the sacrifices that come with military life. As the children of a Green Beret, they have endured long absences, missed milestones, and the constant demands placed on military families. Their strength serves as a daily reminder of why this work matters so deeply to Paula.

For Paula, advocating for veterans is more than a profession—it is personal. Her life experiences, educational background, and years spent supporting a Special Forces family have fueled a calling to stand beside veterans and fight for the rights and benefits they deserve. She believes every veteran’s story carries weight, sacrifice, and honor, and she is committed to ensuring those stories are told fully, honestly, and with the dignity they have earned.
