Elizabeth Leidinger

Elizabeth D. Leidinger, MBA, is an experienced operational leader, systems builder, and dedicated advocate for those she serves. She serves as Chief of Staff for Patriot Disability Advocates, where she oversees organizational operations and ensures every part of the team functions effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with the firm’s mission—so that every veteran and family PDA serves receives exceptional advocacy from start to finish.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Elizabeth learned the value of resilience, community, and service early in life. Her formative years were shaped by Hurricane Katrina, which destroyed her family’s home and temporarily displaced them while they rebuilt and reestablished their lives. That experience taught her how to adapt, how to persevere, and how to help others navigate seasons of uncertainty and transition—lessons that continue to guide her personal and professional life today.

Elizabeth earned both her undergraduate degree and her Master of Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University, where she also served as Vice President of her sorority chapter—an early leadership experience she credits with shaping how she leads today, and an organization she still serves as an active alumna.

Over her career, Elizabeth has led and supported organizations across advertising, consulting, and healthcare. Most recently, she served as Senior Education Program Manager for the Ochsner Emergency Medicine Residency, where she helped build and grow the residency program from its inception alongside program leadership, presented at national conferences, and served on national planning committees in graduate medical education. Known for her collaborative, transformational, and empathetic leadership style, she built systems, strengthened processes and culture, and created an environment centered on both excellence and wellness—the same approach she brings to PDA every day.

Elizabeth joined Patriot Disability Advocates after working closely with Dr. Paul Corso and finding deep alignment with the firm’s mission to advocate for veterans and ensure they receive the benefits and support they have earned. With family members who have served and currently serve in the military, she understands firsthand the sacrifices military families make—and it strengthened her commitment to standing beside them.

Elizabeth lives in the New Orleans area with her husband and two daughters, Lily and Margot. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, painting, crafting, and spending time with her girls—especially cheering them on in their love of soccer.

Today, Elizabeth brings her operational expertise, her heart for people, and her hard-earned resilience to every veteran PDA serves. Her mission is simple: help people navigate complex systems with confidence, clarity, and compassion, and make sure every veteran and family feels valued throughout their journey.
