Jordan Jones
Pathway Team Leader
Jordan Jones is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Medical Sergeant with over 20 years of military service. Throughout his career, he specialized in tactical medicine, human performance, and resilience optimization for high-performing military personnel. He also served as a Human Performance and Wellness Coordinator within Army Special Forces, helping develop integrated wellness and readiness initiatives for operational teams.
Born in Ruston, Louisiana, Jordan spent his early years moving between several states before his family ultimately settled in Choudrant, where he spent the majority of his childhood. His dedication to excellence was evident early in his military career, culminating in his achievement as the Honor Graduate of the Special Forces Qualification Course—an accomplishment that reflects his exceptional leadership, discipline, and commitment to service.
Jordan has been married to his wife, Paula, for 19 years, and together they have raised three children. As a military family, they have experienced the sacrifices, challenges, and resilience required to support a career in Special Forces, giving Jordan a deep appreciation for the strength and dedication of military families.
Following his retirement from military service, Jordan found himself facing a new battle—navigating the Department of Veterans Affairs disability claims process. After spending more than four years fighting for the benefits and disability rating he earned through his service, he gained firsthand insight into the frustrations, delays, and obstacles many veterans encounter when seeking support. That experience ignited a passion for helping fellow veterans advocate for themselves and secure the benefits they deserve.
Today, Jordan serves as a Pathway Team Leader with Patriot Disability Advocates, where he is committed to guiding veterans through the disability claims process and helping them access the resources, benefits, and support they have earned through their sacrifices. His unique combination of military experience, leadership, and personal experience with the VA system allows him to connect with veterans on a deeper level and serve as a trusted advocate throughout their journey.
