Patriot Disability Advocates, Inc. was founded by two Special Forces Green Berets—one an attorney, the other a medical doctor—after navigating their own VA disability claims. Despite their training, education, and firsthand understanding of service-connected conditions, they quickly discovered what so many veterans face: the VA system is complex, technical, and difficult to navigate alone.

They learned the process the hard way—through paperwork, strict evidence requirements, C&P exams, and long delays. More importantly, they learned that many claims fail not because the veteran lacks a valid claim, but because the VA requires specific medical and service evidence that veterans are never clearly shown how to provide.

Rather than stop there, they made a decision: take what they learned and build a better path forward for other veterans.

Patriot Disability Advocates was created to show veterans what evidence the VA actually looks for, help them obtain and organize strong medical documentation, and guide them through every phase of the VA disability process—from initial filing to final decision. We walk veterans step by step to ensure claims are fully developed, properly supported, and presented the right way.

We treat every claim as if it were our own. We stay with veterans from start to finish. And we live by the same principle we followed in uniform: never leave a veteran behind and always finish the mission.
